Position: Personal Lines Account ManagerLocation: Ridgefield OR Fairfield, CT (Candidate can sit in either office)Worksite Arrangement: ONSITE with some hybrid opportunitySalary: $70k-80k + CommissionsOverviewWe are currently looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well respected client of ours in the Connecticut area. This position is located in Fairfield, CT. This is a hybrid opportunity. Onsite working days are REQUIRED. The PL Account Manager will provide excellent client service to an existing book, and provide education to clients on personal lines insurance options. The ideal candidate for this position is a professional that is passionate about building client relationships, making an impact, and helping drive better decision making around personal insurance options.  Responsibilities:Assist the team by managing a book of personal accounts, including marketing to carriersHelp prepare quotes and proposalsResponding to policy inquiries (email, phone)Maintaining renewal controls on expirations and bindersChecking policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy, and maintaining accurate and organized account filesUnderstanding customer needs and the products or services that can align with their needsContinuously develop and maintain productive business relationships with customers in order to increase access and sales resultsStay current with database information and reportingHandle all accounts assigned to you as well as any other accounts that may need helpRequirements:Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the US; Avenica is unable to provide sponsorship at this timeProperty and casualty license required4-5+ years of insurance experience requiredHigh school diploma requiredPerks of the role:Earn 50% commission on the first year of new business - no metrics to hit!11 Paid HolidaysPersonal, Sick, Volunteer and PTOMedical, Dental, and Vision health insurance plans401k with company match#AV1
