What Brought You Here Hourly range $30 - $36 Up to $1 shift differential for 2ndshift after training  Regular Schedule Mon  - Fri 5 pm -2:30am; 8 and up to 10 hours daily, with Scheduled Weekends Benefits starting DAY ONE!   Who You Are: You enjoy working in a team environment.  You are proactive, can work safely and independently.  You enjoy working with your hands, figuring out problems, and root cause analysis.   What You Will Be Doing: The Trulite Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining plant manufacturing machines and production equipment. Ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of equipment by:    Performing mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Performing regular preventative and predictive maintenance (PM) on all facility machinery, equipment and plant facilities. Communicating with operators from multiple shifts. Resolving problems using working knowledge and solutions that improve operations and production of quality products and machine up time. Developing recommendations involving new techniques, technologies, or concepts. Skills You Bring: 4-5 years maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing & production setting. Glass industry experience preferred. Must be organized, have good problem-solving skills, able to work well under pressure.
