Our client, a growing real estate company in the West Palm Beach area is seeking an Accounting Office Manager to join their passionate team. Excellent, family-owned, organization that invests in their employees and has a vibrant culture.Salary/Hourly Rate$95,000 - $100,000Position OverviewPlease note this role will be a combination of Accounting Manager as well as Office Manager. Some traditional office and administrative tasks will be part of the scope of this position. The ideal Accounting Office Manager candidate is organized, attentive, and communicates well. Strong Accounting background and education is required.Responsibilities Of The Accounting Office Manager Financial and Accounting: Handle the Excel and QuickBooks accounting records. Scrutinize company expense reports, accounts payable, and credit card expenditures to guarantee precision as Accounting Manager. Always seeking ways to cut costs or enhance processes. Engage in firm financial matters, emphasizing the need for trustworthiness and confidentiality Office and Personnel Management: Supervise all administrative and human resources activities for the company. Ensure the office operations are efficient: deadlines are adhered to, certifications are up-to-date, invoices are settled, and funds are collected. Capable of assigning and overseeing office personnel to support the Office Manager's duties. Possesses knowledge of accounting principles to aid the Bookkeeper with the firm's financial management Corporate Travel Coordination: Obliged to organize corporate travel arrangements Proactive and Adaptive: Apply previously acquired skills and experiences to future scenarios. Implement new procedures to improve efficiency or adhere to established protocols IT Liaison: Act as the intermediary between the office's IT concerns and the IT partners Additional Duties: Handle unspecified responsibilities or undertake unscheduled projects as requiredQualifications For The Accounting Office Manager Minimum 7 years of experience in Accounting Have proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with completing priorities and deadlines Ability to anticipate the executive's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the executive in addressing issues Ability to remain focused, efficient and effective in managing multiple priorities Strong interpersonal skills Highly proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and willingness to learn other software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in fast paced environment and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, clients, co-workers and management teamEducation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting is requiredBenefits Medical, Dental, and Vision options PTO and paid holidays As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
