Publicly Traded REIT Senior Accountant Salary ($80k-$110k + 18% Bonus) Hybrid Job DescriptionGeneral Ledger:Compile monthly journal entries and perform monthly bank reconciliations.Reconcile specific general ledger accounts and assist in the month-end close process.Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and regulatory requirements.Assist in the preparation of quarterly 10-Q and annual 10-K reports for SEC filings.Ensure timely and accurate submission of required financial documentation.Support in crafting monthly, quarterly, and annual lender reports.Assist in preparing audit schedules requested by external auditors.Conduct quality control review for SEC, investor, Board, and lender reports.Manage year-end audit confirmations for cash, debt, and legal matters.Assist in quarterly depreciation estimations and annual tax report preparation.Fixed Assets:Monitor and input capital expenditures into the fixed asset subledger.Reconcile the general ledger with the fixed asset subledger during month-end close.Cash Management:Generate bank wires for recurring monthly debt, lease, and other payments.Prepare internal-billing invoices for insurance and other reimbursements to corporate from hotels.Why should you act quickly?
