Senior Manager of Website and Digital MarketingJob Summary:Lead strategy, development, and operations of the firm's digital presence. Manage public-facing websites, email marketing, social media, blogs, apps, podcasts, video campaigns, and web/social analytics to align with strategic branding, communications, and business development goals. Supervise a team of two and multiple vendors.Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, enhancing website design, functionality, and performance.Oversee web content management and SEO strategies.Manage and develop the Digital Marketing team.Lead video and multimedia strategy, ensuring continuous campaign improvement.Analyze and develop KPIs with the marketing leadership team.Implement social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Wikipedia).Manage blog programs and email marketing strategy (Vuture platform).Liaise with digital marketing vendors, managing contracts and identifying digital tools.Qualifications:Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines, and manage workloads.Expertise in email marketing, including best practices and compliance with data regulations.Advanced knowledge of SEO, web-based CMS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite.Familiarity with social media tools (Tweetdeck, Hootsuite) and digital marketing tools (video and audio production, hosting platforms).Excellent communication and client service skills.Ability to present and provide training on digital strategy.Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups.Education:Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional servicesThe Phoenix Group Advisors is an equal opportunity employer.
