This position monitors heart failure implantable devices in collaboration with the heart failure APPs. This RN position also serves as the Cardiac Device RN representative for our clinical program Initiative-Advanced Heart Failure device therapies and is responsible for the screening of patient candidates for the HR device therapy program. This position analyzes device downloads and interprets the need for additional follow-up care with physician and/or device programming for optimal cardiovascular therapy for our patients.Job Summary:Provides support for the business objectives to support program(s) of a defined area.Job Responsibilities and Requirements:PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborates to identify program opportunities and recommends business plan and budget.Promotes the program and referral sources for targeted customers.
