THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Operations and Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing procurement operations and driving strategic initiatives through data-driven insights. You will manage the procurement process, optimize operations, and leverage analytics to enhance decision-making and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement management, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:Operation/ Data Management and Analytics:Develop and maintain robust data models and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.Create and manage data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability.Oversee the end-to-end procurement Operation process (PO management)Monitor and improve procurement workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and implement plans to optimize procurement operation processes to reduce costs.Build and deploy custom Power Apps solutions to streamline procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.Metrics Reporting:Design and implement comprehensive reporting frameworks to measure and communicate procurement performance and efficiency.Develop, maintain, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track procurement performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.Technology Roadmap Development:Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for the procurement team, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and industry best practices.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance procurement capabilities.Audit and Compliance:Oversee procurement data audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Conduct regular reviews to identify and address potential risks or discrepancies.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to drive continuous improvement in procurement practices.Conduct performance evaluations and manage professional development for team members.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on operations and analytics.Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and use of procurement analytics tools.Proven track record of successful procurement management and strategic sourcing.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and development.Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in procurement.Preferred Qualifications:Certification such as Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) is advantageous.Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI/Tableau, and Procurement Software solutions/tools (i.e. Coupa, Ariba).
