Our Engineers will be key to leading impactful projects and programs that help us shape the technical future of our business - guided by our values of Safety, Excellence, Integrity, and Growth.THE OPPORTUNITYWhen you are a Project Manager at Primient, you will be responsible for leading high priority projects throughout our organization. You will be accountable for creating and maintaining project plans, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will be an integral part in achieving Primient's goals and achieving a shared vision.Leading project management teams to deliver projects that span across multiple business functions to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the stipulated scope, quality and budget using a project management framework.Key responsibilities: Project Manager Integrate all elements of the project planAct as a liaison between the business functions and senior leadershipLead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibilityDevelop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the projectCoordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projectsProvide visibility to resource availability and allocationMeasure project performance using appropriate project management toolsPerform risk management analysis to reduce project risks and create mitigation plansReport and escalate to upper management as neededCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationCarry out communication plan to ensure stakeholders are kept abreast of progressTrack costs in order to meet budgetCloseout projects with knowledge management and Lessons learned repositoryABOUT YOU Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in business, technical, or a related field.5+ years' experience in project management - leading high priority projects with strong accountabilityProven track record of successfully leading multiple project teams of scale simultaneously.Proven experience with successfully managing teams in the execution of project tasksStrong understanding of formal project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExcellent analytical, written communication and interpersonal skillsBudget management experience Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationADDITIONAL INFORMATIONRewards & benefits Competitive salary with performance linked enhancements / 401 K matching and non-contingent matching plans / Healthcare / Medical insurance Preferred candidate will work in our Schaumburg or Decatur, IL offices.
