Additionally, this role will c ollaborate closely with the development, design, and construction teams to optimize project outcomes and deliver exceptional results. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Lead the preconstruction efforts in preparing comprehensive and accurate estimates and budgets for multifamily, senior, and workforce projects. Collaborate with the internal and external teams to provide design guidance and oversight during the design phase. Engage key subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates. Oversee the preparation of detailed proposals, including scope of work, project schedules, and cost breakdowns. Coordinate with Construction Coordinator to prepare AIA, HUD, or other prime construction contract documents. Work alongside construction team members to ensure smooth transition into construction. About You: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture , Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred. 10 years' experience in preconstruction management at the senior level. Tenured performance at the senior level in a similar preconstruction role. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Procore. Highly proficient in plan review and cost analysis driving cost effective design decisions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and organizational skills. Detail-oriented and self-starting. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
