Works with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate the quality of care for the total hip and total joint replacement patients at Memorial Medical Center.Works with physicians and mid-level practitioners to facilitate the delivery of care and the Joint Commission requirements and National Patient Safety Standards.Minimum QualificationsMinimum Education: Graduate of a School of Nursing or graduate of a Physical Therapist program. BSN preferred.Minimum Experience: One year clinical/medical experience required.Two years Medical/Surgical unit experience preferred.
