Job Location: Waco, TX Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Compensation: $24.75 p/hr-$36.05 p/hr  Benefits Information Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Time off after 30days y Paid Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabilities Completing preventative, predictive and reactive industrial maintenance through facility Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools,precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc. Utilizing maintenance trades and components such as basic electrical, welding, pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Modify/Build/Install equipment based on reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints and/or operating manuals Ensuring food safety and quality Operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts Continuous Improvement and peer discussions/interactions Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be eligible to work in the United States without via sponsorship  Must be 18 years or older Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to work with hand tools General education and/or entry level experience in Maintenance. Preferred Qualifications Proficient in industrial maintenance education or related experience Previous Cargill experience Work history for past 12 months Previous manufacturing maintenance experience Considered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
