Job DescriptionAramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an Assistant Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager position at Phoebe Allentown, a large Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located in Allentown, PA. This position manages hourly associates and helps leadership plan, administer and direct all activities, ensuring compliance with the standards established by Aramark and the client.  Focuses on meeting and exceeding operating goals, client objectives and customer needs, and delivering the services Aramark is contracted to provide. The Assistant Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager is responsible for supervising all unit activities related to facility maintenance and engineering services; HVAC and Boiler house and day to day general maintenance. Also assists with managing other departments, such as Security and Shuttle Services.Job ResponsibilitiesManages and prioritizes maintenance work orders for MEP, HVAC, boilers and chillers.
