Our cooks (line, saute, grill, fry) are responsible for creating that unforgettable guest experience through the proper preparation and consistency in presentation. You are responsible for top notch cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 2:00pm-10:30pm What you will do: Understand our Guest-focused culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience. Prepare raw ingredients, and follow recipes. Use proper portioning techniques. Read tickets to determine what/when items need to be prepared. Clean station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and preparation surfaces to ensure station is clean and sanitized at all times. Perks of the Job: Sign on bonus of $1,000 is paid out in increments. $200 after the first 30 days, an additional $300 after 90 days and another $500 after 180 days of employment. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. Skill and coordination in using kitchen utensils and equipment. Qualified candidates should have ability to maintain a safe, orderly, and sanitized kitchen. Demonstrates this by example, using proper food-handling techniques. Manage station items to not run out and notify Management when low on product, help co-workers when needed and maintain a professional appearance.
