Thompson Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, in Decatur, AL is looking for Hydroblasting Foreman to join our safety-focused team! This individual is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of hydroblasting operations at various customer locations. In addition to setting up and operating hydroblast equipment, and leading crews and will also be responsible for interacting with customer and fulfilling job duties as needed. This role requires the ability to effectively represent Thompson Industrial and maintain strong ongoing relationships with clients and customers.   (We will train in our line of business, needs at least 3 years of leadership experience)   WORK ENVIRONMENT: Industrial setting - Refinery, Petro-Chemical, Utilities, Pulp and Paper Mills, etc.  POSITION LOCATED IN: Decatur, AL  WORK SCHEDULE: 8 hour rotating shifts (Overtime as needed)  TRAVEL: Up to 15% (Per Diem Allowance)  PLEASE READ ALL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT!!!!  EXPERIENCE WITH HYDROBLASTING & OPERATING EQUIPMENT A PLUS.  Why work for Thompson Industrial: Health and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!
