Job DescriptionAramark is currently seeking a Concessions Manager to support the Univ of South Florida Athletics Venues.  The Concessions Manager leads all aspects of concessions operations, including managing inventory, staffing, customer service, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service skills, and a proven track record of managing successful concessions operations.#FS-400Job Responsibilities Ensure that all products and services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and meet or exceed customer expectationsManage and maintain inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage of all productsHire, train, schedule, and manage staff to ensure that the concessions operation is fully staffed and that employees are trained in all aspects of the operationDevelop and implement policies and procedures for the concessions operation, including sanitation, safety, and security measuresManage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reportingEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to food service and alcohol serviceWork closely with other departments to coordinate operations, such as event planning, marketing, and facilities managementMaintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partnersAssist the catering team, oversee premium catering eventsDevelop and maintain effective client and customer rapportDeliver consistent quality in planning and carrying out eventsFacilitate the delivery of prepared food and set up of events crafted from banquet event ordersAssist in executing catering events on non-game days, as assigned by DirectorAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
