It may also include troubleshooting electrical problems, restoring power when failures occur. Operating electrical breakers and distribution gear including UPS, ATS, and generators as need. Installing and maintain lighting and controls for lighting. Small projects that include installing conduit and wiring. Other responsibilities the electrician will be trained on includes operating, maintaining and repairing equipment associated with HVAC, chilled water system and mechanical operations. Safe and proper operation of life safety equipment and minor plumbing. Responsible to respond to customer requests, submit and close work orders, and perform other duties as assigned.
