A Credit Investment Fund in Greenwich, CT is seeking an Attorney to support transactional matters handled by their Investment Team. This position involves working with senior leadership across the business, focused primarily on supporting Structured Finance/Securitization Transactions from inception to conclusion. This role is largely business-facing, and provides you with an opportunity to expand upon your legal skillset and impact the business from day one.**Work with Investment Professionals on all matters related to CLO investment mattersNegotiate and review complex documentation; support Investment Team across credit and transactional mattersRemain updated on regulatory landscape and advise business accordingly; interface with the SEC, SFA, NAIC, LSTA, and other industry agents.Work cross functionally with internal teams to manage documentation, investor relations, and more.Attend Investment Committee meetings and advise the business on transactional, regulatory, and other strategic matters.Conduct Due diligence associated with risk related to legal, management, performance, etc.**JD from a Top 50 ABA Approved Law School.1-5 Years of experience handling complex transactions and documentation; significant plus for Credit/CLO/Securitizations experience, but also open to M&A and other complex transactional experience.
