Our firm has offices in Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville, San Rafael, Wilmington, and London.We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.Location: This position will be hybrid out of White Plains (NY), but occasional travel to our 5th Ave office will be required.Overview of Role: The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for supporting firmwide employee relations, employee engagement and retention efforts. Responsibilities:Address work-related concerns and escalated inquiriesProvide general guidance, insights and HR perspective to east coast-based leadership teamConduct workplace investigations, as neededProvide coaching support to managers and leadership regarding employee performanceFacilitate Change of Status paperwork related to promotions, team transfers, terminations, etc.Support HR team on annual performance review cycleOversee New Hire Check-Ins and address feedback receivedDevelop, run, and analyze various reports to support department decision-makinAssist with developing a cohesive and consistent service delivery plan amongst east and west coast HR operationLiaise with Training Manager, Leadership & Development Manager and recruitment team to provide direction and execution on talent placement, internal applications and staffingOther projects and duties as assignedA successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years in similar role is required Master's Degree, PHR/SHRM and 5+ years in similar role is preferredStrong verbal and written communication and consultative skills with those across all levels of the organizationAbility to build instant rapportExpert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of applicable labor laws and best practices, specifically in New YorkCandidate information, including education and work experience, is verified upon an offer of employment. Employee compensation is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, employee education/training/credentials, employee work experience, work location (including if the employee will be hybrid or fully in-office), the scope and responsibilities of the role, internal peer equity, and market considerations.
