TITLE - LMS Systems Support and Onboarding SpecialistANTICIPATED DURATION: 6 months (likely to extend)LOCATION: Cupertino, CALMS Systems Support and Onboarding SpecialistWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive LMS Systems Support and Onboarding Specialist to manage and support our Learning Management System (LMS) operations. In this role, you will monitor the admin inbox and Slack channels, provide timely responses to inquiries using pre-defined templates, and direct messages to appropriate teams. You will be responsible for supporting LMS Admins by addressing technical issues, raising support tickets, and onboarding new teams to systems such as CMS, LMS, and Tableau.Key Responsibilities:Monitor the admin inbox and respond to general inquiries with pre-defined responses.Redirect inquiries to appropriate Designated Responsible Individuals (DRIs).Provide support to LMS Admins through Slack channels, creating support tickets for technical issues.Onboard new teams to CMS, LMS, and Tableau platforms.Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding of LMS Admins for different domains.Direct feedback from SONAR (Feedback Tool) to the relevant Learning and Development (L&D) teams.Create basic audience lists for Providers.Engage in Office Hours and track actionable next steps.Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when available, identifying bugs and raising problem tickets.Qualifications:Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience in LMS administration or support roles preferred.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Experience with CMS, LMS, Tableau, and other learning or content management platforms is a plus.Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and addressing technical issues.The hourly payrate range for this position is $35.00 to $40.00/hr (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
