TAX SENIOR - MINNEAPOLISSNI Financial has partnered with our Minneapolis client searching for a Tax Senior to provide compliance, planning and strategy for over 20 family members and their businesses. Great opportunity to work for a well-known multi-generation family and its real estate businesses and charitable initiatives! The Head of Tax has a great reputation for developing strong teams and is looking for someone with experience in partnerships, closely held businesses, high wealth individuals, and trusts. 3-6 years of public accounting experience preferred from Big 4 or a large national/regional firm.**Provide tax compliance, planning and strategy for a variety of returns for a family officeCalculate federal and state quarterly estimated tax paymentsAssist with projecting, planning, and modeling of federal tax implicationsMaintain shareholder basis schedulesPerform tax research for proposed transactions and other tax issues and provide documentation of conclusionsResearch and draft responses to audit requests and tax notices from federal, state and local taxing authorities**3-6 years of public accounting experience, preferably Big4 or large national/regional firmCPA preferredProven experience in partnerships, closely held businesses, high wealth individuals, and trustsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organization skills, with ability to work independentlyAbility to maintain confidential information in an appropriate mannerDanielle Pelzel, CPASenior Associate Partner - Executive Tax RecruiterSNI Financial Recruiting214-545-6452dpelzel@
