Join our vision of becoming the world's leading provider of energy solutions for e-mobility.Position Summary:The Maintenance Planning Specialist is a key member of maintenance team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. He/She will work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure the smooth functioning operations of the designated area. The Maintenance Planning Specialist will also be responsible for transforming raw manufacturing data into reports to assist in facilitating informed decision-making for the Maintenance team.Roles & Responsibilities:Organize diverse sets of data to identify trends, formulate hypotheses, and contribute to the design of prediction modelsCollaborate on daily, weekly, and monthly department reports, covering safety, quality, production, and KPIsMaintain a cross-functional schedule for meetings, training, team-building and assigned projectsServe as a communication bridge between the shop floor and support functionsEnsure compliance with the requirement of the Quality Management System and relevant regulationsFacilitate tasks such as writing, scheduling, and inspecting employee training needs, cost improvement initiatives, and departmental work culture enhancement suggestionsHandle the ordering of department consumable materials while managing accounting process in collaboration with the finance departmentPerform other position related duties as assignedRequirementsQualifications:Basic:Minimum Age: 18 years oldAssociate DegreeMust be eligible to work in the United StatesWhile travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international)Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as requiredMinimum 3 years' experience in Manufacturing environment, preferably in Automotive Industry3 years of proven expertise in data analyticsProficient in Microsoft OfficePreferred:Bachelor's degree in technical fieldproficiency in continuous improvement systems and hands-on experience in lean manufacturing methodologiesCertifications/proven skills in Excel, VBA, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other data toolsWorking Conditions:Ability to sit, walk and stand for extended periods of timeAbility to work around the potential exposure to dust and chemicalsAbility to wear appropriate PPE as deemed essential for the job functionAbility to lift up to 30 poundsCompensation$60,000-80,000Salary within the posted range is commensurate with experience and qualifications.Benefit DetailsOur benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short and long-term disability, PTO, 401K with company match, and tuition reimbursement.Location2151 East Lincoln Road, Kokomo, Indiana 46902
