Senior Manager OmnichannelFull-time ***** Danbury, CT [ Hybrid Model]Qualifications we seek in you!Manage omnichannel projects, provide consultation, configure, analyze data, conduct UAT with business and train for new products. Must have experience working in omnichannel environment - Snowflake and CRM knowledge is a plus. Project Management - Interact with client stakeholders across IT and business and third-party resources to ensure quality, efficient on-time completion of projectBusiness Process Analysis - Analyze and validate omnichannel data. Capture Omnichannel requirements, facilitate solutioning, interface with business etc.Testing Supporting - Execute training for business and testing teams performing SIT and UAT Communication - Communicate status of project with senior associates, managers, and client.Training - Train business and other stakeholders as needed.
