Who You Are:Tech-savvy: You're proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and familiar with social media platforms, eblast campaigns, and website maintenance.Self-Starter: You're motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.Master Communicator: You've got top-notch communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.Organized & Detail-Oriented: Your organizational skills are second to none, and you never miss a beat.Flexible: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving problems with a smile.Key Responsibilities:Event Coordination:Plan and execute events such as fundraisers, webinars, workshops, conferences, and luncheons from start to finish.Organize mailing lists, invitations, schedules, and venues.Coordinate post-event follow-up to ensure client engagement and satisfaction, including email campaigns, social media, and follow-up calls.Generate Leads:Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and post-event follow-up.Marketing & Social Media:Develop and maintain the company's event calendar, including planning social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Assist with designing marketing materials like advertisements, brochures, and flyers.Monitor Google leads (including PPC and LSA advertising) and actively contact new leads.Collaborate with the team to ensure all marketing efforts align with The Stefans Group's branding.Administrative Duties:Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate departments while delivering excellent customer service.Manage and update client databases to ensure information is accurate and secure.Coordinate and manage scheduling for meetings, client consultations, and events.Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth operations.Assist with general office tasks such as filing, managing correspondence, and maintaining office organization.Apply if You Have:1+ year of proven experience in event coordination, marketing, or a related field.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Familiarity with website maintenance and social media platforms.Experience with email marketing.Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.The ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.It's REALLY Nice if You Have:Experience in financial services, tax services, elder law, or estate planning.Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and best practices.Experience with Content Management Systems.A knack for working both independently and collaboratively.A passion for learning and self-improvement.Strategic thinking with the ability to work under deadlines on multiple projects.Knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of WordPress.What We Offer:Fun team-building events like office lunches, BBQs, and outings.Great potential for growth within the company.Medical Insurance, IRA, IRA matching, generous PTO, paid holidays, and more.Why Join Us?At The Stefans Group, you'll be part of a collaborative team that's dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of families.
