Skill **Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior project management capacity. PMP certification preferred. Proficient with construction management software and MS Office Suite. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, capable of maintaining strong client relationships and leading project teams.
