Ultimately, you need to be obsessed with matcha as a product and Cha Cha as a brand. But if you don't know much about either of those yet, that's ok. We can teach you and falling in love with both is easy. The only things that applicants really need coming into this process are an insatiable need to serve our guests and their team members, to be proud and professional of their work product and  presentation, and have zero compromises when it comes to product quality and hospitality.
