This individual will be responsible for managing various legal tasks, including contract management, review, and negotiation, as well as assisting with corporate governance matters and litigation support. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the legal operations of a rapidly growing organization serving the healthcare company while working alongside a passionate and innovative team.*Administer Contract Management System (Link Squares), including system training and overseeing processesMonitor and manage group electronic mailboxMaintain and update contract templatesAnalyze basic contracts for changes (redlining) and facilitate revisions, collaborating with General Counsel on legal terms, etc.Conduct l egal review and negotiation of contracts, with experience level determining involvementCollaborate closely with Sales and Operations to ensure their legal needs are metAssist General Counsel with coordination of corporate governance matters, policy review, drafting presentations and assisting with litigationPerforms other duties as assigned to ensure effective operation of the department and the company**Undergraduate Degree required; law degree or paralegal certificate preferredNon-lawyers must have at least 5 years supporting lawyers or legal teams in an in-house setting; lawyers must have at least 2 years experience practicing law in an in-house or law firm settingExperience with healthcare law including business associate agreements and HIPAAExperience with contract management and contract management systemsWillingness to be accountable for business deliverablesExcellent interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with clients, senior executives, sales teams, and business partnersProven ability using data and analytics to inform and influence decision-makingMust be willing to travel up to 20 % of the time
