RHM Staffing Solutions has a long history of customized recruiting and placement solutions that continually place the best candidates at all levels of skill and expertise.Position: Compliance SpecialistReports to: Operations ManagerSchedule: Report to Oak Brook office Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; Work remotely Tuesday & FridayHours: 8:00am-5:00pmJob Summary: The Compliance Specialist will ensure clients and contractors are onboarded correctly and that all contracts and onboarding files are accurate.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneDuties/Responsibilities:Onboard contractors and clients into Payroll and Billing Systems (Paychex, Salesforce and Sage)Audit contractor and client data to ensure accuracy.Review contracts and agreements to ensure accuracy.Perform other related duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong time management skills.Ability to work independently.Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn ATS and Operational Software.Education and Experience:Bachelors degree required.1+ years data entry experience preferred.Physical Requirement:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
