Remote with some travel may be a possibility.ResponsibilitiesWork a team of professionals at various levels for planning and design assignmentsDevelop schedules, budgets, and internal taskings for assigned project elementsPrepare proposals and marketing materials, and attending various networking eventsCreate opportunities for the planning team and company Work within the company project management protocols and proceduresTeam management and resourcing, identify skill development requirementsPerform technical QA/ QC of project deliverablesOther duties as assignedQualifications include but are not limited *****Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field. Masters preferred.8+ years experience working on planning/design projects. Military experience preferred.A leader and teammate who can work with multiple offices, subcontractors, and client representatives to get things doneA people person who can speak and write well and is skilled working with large project teamsCan tackle big projects and get them done on timeAbility to exercise professional discretion and judgement, and a critical eye for detail, completeness, and competencyAICP Certification, Register Architect or Register Landscape Architect is importantKnows Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
