We are working on an exclusive, retained search with a consumer goods company which is seeking an attorney with experience handling employment counseling matters to join its team. This position will partner with Human Resources on all employment matters related to the HR function, including hiring, accommodations, wage and hour matters, benefits, internal investiations, and policies and procedures to name a few. This role will handle other matters as well but the core competency must be in employment counseling. Candidates should have 5+ years' experience and a willingness to take on tasks as needed. The company has a strong culture of colleagues working to get the job done and there is a lot of cross collaboration. This is a great opportunity for an employment attorney who wants to go in house or for someone who wants to branch out and generalize their experience.
