Position Overview:Jubilant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving digital strategies, and delivering measurable results. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their business goals and translating those into impactful digital campaigns. You will oversee a portfolio of key accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure that all digital initiatives align with client objectives and are executed effectively.Responsibilities:Serve as the lead point of contact for all client communications and account management matters.Collaborate with clients to define digital marketing objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.Collaborate with internal Web Development, SEO, Social Media, and SEM team members.Lead the development of integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web development.Oversee the execution of digital campaigns from ideation through to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.Provide support with operational functions of the accounts including tasks such as providing reporting dashboard, coordinating meetings, and maintaining project timelines.Run client update meetings where you share performance data, provide campaign feedback, and work on client changes.Project manage work by external resources.Troubleshoot client issues and provide Q&A support.Qualifications:Knowledge of digital marketing strategies across Paid Search, Social, and SEO.Experience developing website strategy and SEO best practices.Experience creating project scopes by studying strategic business drivers; discovering business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from internal teams; developing and writing proposals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex strategies to clients in a clear and compelling way.Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.Proven ability to act as trusted partner and consultant to clients and business owners.Education & Experience:5+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or client services, ideally in an agency setting.About Jubilant:We are a collection of digital problem solvers blending our talents together to create unparalleled experiences and marketing strategies for our clients.
