Overview Facilitates sales initiatives and business development opportunities within Asset Advisors on behalf of our proprietary suite of mutual fund investment productsSupport additional distribution channels (omnibus, broker-dealer, third-party) as demand dictatesServes as the main point of contact for inbound inquiries from clients and executes targeted campaignsCoordinates with internal parties and external vendors to establish and service accounts on an ongoing basis.Core Responsibilities:Learn and understand proprietary offering of investments, spanning mutual and commingled funds and separate account strategiesUnderstand external vendor portals that will be necessary for establishing accounts and maintain thereafter.Establish relationships with interested parties to facilitate asset growth for KoCAA investmentsIdentify areas of growth based upon historical success with client and account types, geographies, and/or specific strategiesCreate standardized, as well as custom, client content across all productsProduce regular and ad hoc materials for internal management that reflects the business and sales cycleCommunicate with other internal departments to sourceResolve client inquiries using internal applications and external vendorsAcquire and maintain necessary securities licensing Series 65Essential Competencies Professionalism/Personal Accountability, Communication, Flexible and Adapts to Change, Service to Customers and ClientsSkill Qualifications:Required: Desire to be in sales and role and comfortable in front of clientsFoster a sense of teamwork while assisting others when neededMaintain a commitment to quality and attention to detailHigh ethical and moral standards that mirror the firms values and principles.Preferred: Comfort with Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), entrepreneurial, strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilitiesPublic speaking abilities a plusEducation and Experience Qualifications:Required: Bachelors degree in finance and/or marketingMBA (or progress towards) desirableClient Series 65 Exam; able to be obtained shortly after hirePreferred: 0-3 years related work experience or equivalent combination in training and experienceInterest in finance and economicsClient relationship management software experience is a strong plus.Physical Demands:Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the workday.Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
