Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax reporting and compliance within the organization. The candidate must have excellent analytical skills and experience in Tax Accounting.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trustsEnsure compliance with tax laws and regulationsCalculate tax payments and estimate quarterly paymentsResearch and analyze tax law changes and provide recommendations for the organizationCollaborate with other departments to gather information and resolve tax-related issuesManage tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authoritiesProvide guidance and support to junior staff membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designationMinimum of 5 years of experience in Tax AccountingIn-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulationsExperience in Tax Services, Tax Preparation, Tax Planning, Sales Tax Services, and AccountingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTeam player and reliableBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
