Procyon Partners - Marketing Director - Remote possibleOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving lead acquisition, and overseeing content generation initiatives. You will collaborate closely with senior management to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and resonate with our target audience. Your KPIs will be related to driving growth to the entire enterprise, including M&A and organic strategies through our private client, institutional consulting, employee benefits, tax, and insurance divisions. You will be responsible for executing the firm's marketing budget, and prioritizing requests.Key Responsibilities:Brand Development and Management:Develop and execute strategies to build and enhance our firm's brand identity.Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints, including a full audit of existing collateral.Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation.Own the look and feel of our website.Generate compelling PR opportunities for Procyon leadership.Work with our network (Dynasty) partners to fully integrate best practices and strategic design efforts.Own CSAT surveys, metrics, and remediation efforts.Lead Acquisition and Conversion:Plan and implement lead generation campaigns to attract prospective clients using both lead affiliates and SEO strategies.Optimize conversion funnels to maximize client acquisition and retention.Own target customer acquisition cost (CAC) metrics and control affiliate budget.Coordinate with business development team members to ensure success.Content Strategy and Development:Drive content marketing initiatives including blog posts, whitepapers, videos, and social media content.Collaborate with subject matter experts to create insightful and compelling content that showcases our expertise.Manage content distribution to increase brand awareness and engagement.Run key client and prospect journeys to help our advisors better engage prospects and clients.Team Leadership and Development:Grow and mentor (over time) a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Delegate tasks effectively and ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.Requirements:Proven experience as a marketing manager in financial services.Demonstrable success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a team, build relationships and influence stakeholders.Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree a plusTotal Rewards Procyon was built from the ground up with our clients and employees in mind. Our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) manages over $7 billion dollars on behalf of over 1,300 private clients and institutions and we also have a vibrant employee benefits practice providing corporate benefits consulting services for over 70 companies. In addition, we are expanding our footprint in tax, insurance (personal and business), and trust services as well. The team is comprised fairly equally of advisors, analysts, relationship managers, client service associates, consultants and business services professionals.
