We are looking for a dedicated Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team in the food manufacturing industry.In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our food products are produced in line with the highest quality and safety standards. You will play an integral role in maintaining and improving our food safety systems, quality assurance procedures, and overall product excellence. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment to maintain the integrity of our products, the health of our consumers, and the reputation of our brand.Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the company's food safety and quality assurance protocols. Lead the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations. Manage and resolve any food safety and quality issues that arise, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Train and mentor staff in food safety and quality assurance practices. Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure the highest quality of products. Continuously review and improve the food safety and quality assurance systems to keep up with industry advancements and regulatory changes. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the food safety and quality assurance systems.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance in the manufacturing industry. Certified in HACCP with a solid understanding of food safety regulations and standards. Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices and procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor staff. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
