Learn more about us (3) LER TechForce: Life | LinkedInWhat you will be doing: Provide technical support for new product design of medical device products within the electrical and electronics expertise. Provide technical expertise and communication with all segments of the business including marketing, field service, production, purchasing, testing engineering, electrical engineering, codes and standards, and quality.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and verify, through test and analysis, various sub-assemblies and assemblies to maintain or improve existing productsAccurately document designs through the creation and maintenance of design requirement specifications, product drawings, component drawings, material specifications and bills of material in accordance with FDA, UL, and ISO requirements Completes activities with robust performance through a plan or programApplies technical competencies in somewhat difficult situations Generates detailed, high quality technical documentation to capture and communicate designsCompletes assigned tasks on time with minimal supervisionInforms others proactively about developments or issues that affect their work, and their ability to meet commitmentsUses collaborative communication style to negotiate win-win outcomesDebate constructively and accepts ideas from othersTends to be seen as original and value-added in brainstorming sessionsGenerates alternative solutions to problems or processesWhat you'll need to be successful: BS Degree (preferably EE/EET)5 plus years of engineering experience, or comparable experience. Electrical experience with hardware and PCBAs design.
