Job Description

LHH is working with a well-known company in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They are looking for an attorney to help them out for at least 90 days or longer. This would mainly be remote but some in person appearances may be needed from time to time.Responsibilities:• Manage legal process from investigation and discovery through trial prep and court proceedings, representing clients in depositions, site inspections, court hearings, trials.• Negotiate settlements.• Research laws and findings.• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.Experience:• Experienced civil litigation attorney.• Preferred experience in matters involving claims or monetary damages or compensation for personal injury or property damage.• Experienced with all stages of litigation, from inception to close.• Drafting skills.Role:• Mostly remote with some court appearances in Albuquerque, New Mexico.• Must be licensed attorney in New Mexico and reside in Albuquerque, New Mexico.• 40 hours a week and minimum 90 days.• Pay $45 - $50 an hour.• Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
