Maintains unit recordsAssists with educational projects as assignedContributes to the development and change of the health care delivery system by facilitating innovations in practice and educationParticipates in Quality Improvement activitiesSupports the activities that enhance the health status of the community servedPHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS:Occasionally lift and/or carry 50 lbs. Frequently lift and/or carry 25 lbs. Being able to frequently lift or carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds is often more critical that being able to lift up to 50 lbs at a time. Stand and/or walk at least 6 hours in an 8-hour workday. Very few medium occupations in the national economy are performed primarily in a sitting position. Stooping (bending at the waist) and crouching (stooping and bending at the knee) required frequently. Handling (grasping) required frequently. Fingering (fine manipulation) occasionally required.EDUCATION:Current RN license in the State of New Jersey or Pennsylvania, based on work location, required. Bachelor's degree required. Masters preferred. BLS Instructor preferred.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:At least 3 years of current clinical nursing experience.
