Job Description

Work Schedule: 7P-7A Alternating days Crew works rotating shifts and every other weekend. Supervisors work 12-hours, 4 days per week.• Establish work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability• Incorporate a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement• Direct, train and develop maintenance team members for assigned area/shift and work orders• Using problems solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues• Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals• Identify, implement and document maintenance and reliability best practicesSkills:Must be able to work on multiple shifts (including weekends) with some 12 hour days.
