Project Engineer/ Assistant Project Manager- ConstructionA highly-respected Contractor in North Dakota is seeking a Project Engineer/APM to add to their awesome culture. Looking for someone that will assist in the overall management of a project from ground up to completion. This includes planning, organizing and controlling the coordination activities, contract and subcontract negotiations, and provide information and ongoing communication to team members.Responsibilities:Ensure job-specific records are maintained and are current.Work with the Project Manager to issue all subcontracts and purchase orders are properly executedAssist Superintendent and PM in arranging for and coordinating all requirements for mobilization.Process Change Orders; Proposed Change Orders; submittals, RFI's, transmittal'sEnsure the project administration meets the Quality requirements.Work with PM to ensure coordination drawings are completed as required by the Contract documents and submitted timelyAssist PM to manage closeout activities such as inspections, punch lists, permits, certificate of occupancy, and archiving of project filesQualifications:Minimum of Associates degree in Construction Management, Civil engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 2 years experience in construction managementThis is NOT a publicly advertised position- Confidentially APPLY NOW if you are ready to join a positive culture with a great work/life balance!
