The ideal candidate will excel in storytelling, content creation, and has a proven ability to stay ahead of social media trends while staying in full alignment with brand positioning and standards. This new role requires hands-on experience in creating and curating content, including writing, photography, and video production, to fully manage our social media platforms.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with AIAG's mission and business objectives, including increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.Content Creation: Independently create high-quality content, including written posts, graphics, photography, and video, tailored for each social media platform to tell compelling stories and engage our audience.Social Media Management: Oversee AIAG's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, ensuring consistency in messaging, brand voice and as well as responsiveness. Includes developing and executing social strategy around events throughout the year.Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, leveraging data to refine strategies and improve results.Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing, ensuring AIAG remains innovative and relevant.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing, communication, and business development strategies.Community Engagement: Build and manage online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster relationships and enhance AIAG's presence.Preferred Qualifications3-5 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record in content creation, including writing, photography, and video production.Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies that meet business objectives.Strong storytelling abilities and experience in creating diverse content formats for social media.Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Strong understanding of how social media can be leveraged to achieve business objectives, including lead generation and customer engagement.Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsExperience in the automotive industry or a related field is a plus, but not required.Familiarity with digital marketing concepts beyond social media, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising.
