 JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION: Marketing and Foundation DEPARTMENT: Hinsdale OrthopaedicsSTATUS: Non-Exempt REPORTING TO: Clinical Manager/PhysicianSUMMARY DESCRIPTION: This marketing position will be responsible for marketing goals, strategy, planning and implementation. Acts as a liaison between physician and patients/families, staff, primary care physicians and other specialist, attorneys, vendors, etc. Coordinates marketing needs as requested.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per yearEssential Responsibilities•Address, develop, design and implement specific marketing goals, needs, plans, and strategies•Analyze and forecast marketing trends, sales, and metrics•Generate innovative ideas to promote brand and service•Establish a strong, long-term web presence (website seo, maintenance, ads, and social media)•Oversee minimal foundation effortsEducational/Training Requirements•5+ years of experience in the marketing field•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Photo editing software•Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry•Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as CRM software, content Management Systems, SEO/social media, market research methods, and google analytics•Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to function in a fast-paced environment and to multi-taskMarketer skills and qualifications•Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with management, team members, clients and patients where applicable•Data analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making•Adaptability, creativity, and understanding of current marketing trends and industry best practices•Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks•Comfortable in high-pressure and fast-paced environmentsCorrespondence/ Communications•Maintain website SEO and social media presence•Posting blogs, patient testimonials, surgical video clips, educational materials, and sports memorabilia•Maintain foundation funding and hours•Posting physicians accomplishments•Annual correspondence with referral sources•Internal communication with central schedulingCommunicationInternal: Patients, physicians, P.A.'s, administration, professional and non-professional staff.External: Patients/families, attorneys, vendors, hospitals, surgery centers.Physical Requirements/EnvironmentWork is primarily indoors. Extended periods of sitting in the same position may be required. Ability to hear telephonic communication and speak English language is required. Position requires repetitive hand movement as necessary for computer data entry work. May require occasional travel via automobile.DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification; they are not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required of personnel so classified.I have read the above job description, understand the duties of the position as presented to me today and my experience fulfills the requirement of the position.
