Job Description

Our client in the Beauty and Retail space has a need for a Brand Marketing Manager that would work within their Strategic Initiatives Marketing team! This role will be for roughly 3 months, 40 hours a week and does require the candidate to be onsite in a hybrid capacity.Brand Marketing Manager Responsibilities:Work with the merchandising teams to bring marketing campaigns in support of the largest promotional events.Execute promotional campaign plans from ideation to integration across digital, traditional, and in-store marketing channels.Write briefs and come up with strategic brand marketing plans that excite the channel leaders and agency partners.Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams like customer growth marketing, analytics, consumer insights, media, creative, and more to ensure that the plans are clear and cohesive.Take campaign performance- analyze, review KPIs, and take learnings to improve for future initiatives.Project manage campaigns to ensure they are completed and done on time.Bring trends and current events into the strategic plan.Brand Marketing Manager Requirements:5+ years work experience within brand marketing- a consumer facing marketing background is preferred.Bachelors Degree is required.Experience leading 360 integrated campaigns.Experience working cross-functionally and with agency partners.Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.Previous experience working in a CPG brand is preferred.A passion for the clients Beauty, its products, and its guests is a requirement.
