high-impact e-commerce marketing strategies that align with client objectives and drive online sales.Day-to-Day Management:Oversee daily e-commerce activities, ensuring seamless execution across all platforms while personally handling key tasks.Content Creation:Craft and manage engaging content"”including product descriptions, landing pages, and promotional materials"”aimed at maximizing e-commerce success.Collaborative Optimization:Partner with design and development teams to enhance website user experiences and boost conversion rates.Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Audits & Optimization:Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement improvements that enhance search visibility and organic traffic.Tactical Implementation:Lead the optimization of product pages, meta tags, and internal linking structures to drive strategic, actionable outcomes.Data-Driven Adjustments:Monitor and analyze SEO performance, making ongoing improvements to elevate e-commerce results.Social Media & AdvertisingStrategize & Implement:Develop and execute social media campaigns tailored to e-commerce goals, including content creation and paid advertising strategies.Active Engagement:Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and optimize campaigns in real-time to maximize ROI.Platform Specialization:Focus on key e-commerce platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest, ensuring that content resonates with target audiences.Ad Management:Take an active role in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns and accounts.CopywritingDevelop & Refine:Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for product pages, emails, and ads, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.Quality Assurance:Meticulously edit and proofread content to maintain accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.Collaborative Design:Work closely with UX/UI designers to create content that elevates the user experience and drives engagement.Leadership & CollaborationLead by Example:Demonstrate hands-on leadership by actively participating in strategy and execution, moving projects forward.SME Coordination:Identify and manage specialized contractors or SMEs for specific tasks, providing clear guidance and support.Foster Collaboration:Build a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive e-commerce marketing solutions.Qualifications5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on e-commerce.Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.Certifications in digital marketing, particularly in search and paid social (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint).Proven track record in managing and executing e-commerce strategies that deliver measurable results.Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.A passionate leader with a HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign to streamline processes and enhance campaign effectiveness.Customer Journey Mapping:Ability to map out customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints to improve user experience and drive engagement.Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge:A foundational understanding of HTML and CSS for making quick, effective edits to websites or landing pages as needed.Video
