Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with our B2B goals.Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value search terms and target markets.Technical SEO: Optimize website architecture, content structure, and technical elements to improve search engine rankings.Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content that addresses user needs and search intent.Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze SEO performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of SEO professionals, providing guidance and support.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate SEO strategies and results to key stakeholders across the organization.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills: Adobe Analytics, AEM(Abode Experience Manager), SEO/SEM5+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on enterprise-level strategy.Bachelor's degree required.Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and industry tools.Proven analytical skills and experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, SEO Clarity, GSC).Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving results.Experience working with Adobe Analytics and CMS systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.Track record of delivering successful SEO campaigns and driving business growth.Our client is a leading Online service provider Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
