Cosmo Salon Studios is currently accepting internship applications for 2024!We have currently have 8, Luxury Salon Studio locations each with an average of 30 studios inside that are leased to beauty professionals! Internship opportunities are designed for an individual seeking future work experience related to all facets of business, operations, sales and social media marketing.Internships are eligible to provide credits for college courses/fulfillment.Interns will be responsible for assisting in numerous aspects of Cosmo Salon Studios ranging from Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, and helping with operations of the studio locations! These key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Attend designated community events to promote awareness of Cosmo Salon Studios in the Metro Detroit Area.Support Social Media team with gathering content of new locations and current locations and studios.Collaborate with the other facets of the business to obtain an insider view to help better understand our vision and goals.Assist in sales, leads, and lead managementAvailable to assist Creative Manager and Tenant ManagerAssist in daily operation tasksBe open to take on new assignments and deliver a product with minimal supervisionWhile this position is unpaid, there are numerous benefits that come in assisting with the growth and operations of the business:Real-world situations that require creative thinking and fast paced decision makingHands on training with every aspect of business including new locations, current locations, current tenants, and social media marketingWorking alongside with involved ownershipReal-world business operations experience, join us as we expand to multiple locations!Countless Networking opportunities
