Sous Chef/Assistant Kitchen ManagerScratch Kitchen, Growing Restaurant GroupSalary: Up to $75k +20% Bonus (Quarterly)Location: Holtsville, NYThe Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to develop chef driven food, manage kitchen staff and assist in growing the business.
