Let Volt help move you forwardVolt is immediately hiring multiple Production Operators for a Food Manufacturing Company in Dalbo, MN.As a Production Operatorsyou will:Set up, operate, maintain, and stock your designated production line or station.Keep equipment fully operational by making necessary adjustments.Ensure equipment runs smoothly by troubleshooting issues and informing the appropriate personnel for preventive maintenance or urgent repairs.Maintain quality by monitoring operations, adjusting speed controls, and troubleshooting as needed.Clean and maintain equipment according to established guidelines and expectations.Immediately report any food safety or quality concerns to management.Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirementsThis is a full time, temp to hire opportunity!The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious manufacturing or warehouse experienceMust be computer literate Experience working in a cold environmentAble to follow directions and carry out instructionsAble to effectively work in a team environmentAble to legibly write entries for record keepingForklift experience is a PLUS!ScheduleMonday to Friday 2nd shift 1:30pm-10:30pm Must Train on 1st or 3rd shift until OctoberPay Rate: $18.50-$19.25 per hour Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
