Administrative Assistant Pride Health is hiring an Administrative Assistant for one of its clients in California. This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits. Location - Stockton, California (95204)Length of assignment - 6 months (Possibility of an extension)Pay range - $18 - $21 per hour.Shift - 8 am - 4:30 pm shift Mon-Fri. Job Summary Provide administrative support to the operations of the center by assisting with clerical duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or in support of other day center disciplines as needed (to include but not limited to Social Work, Clinic, Rehab, Engagement, Dietary, Therapy, etc.).Coordinate meetings and support scheduling needs. Attend, take meeting minutes, and document action items as needed. Customer service and service recovery for participants and other partners as needed. Manage front door when needed/assigned ensuring visitors and participants are greeted, sign in and out, receive their badges and appropriate entrance screenings, and do not elope.Understand key technologies and software sufficiently to be able to provide support to participants and team members including but not limited to Athena EMR, Microsoft Office, and other systems as needed. Center Order Supply Management: Monitor and track current office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed. (Center Wide; basic/gender and clinic specific) Oversee all mail services, including distribution of incoming mail and packages and preparing outbound mail.Participate in emergency planning and maintain emergency preparedness binders and logs, as identified in the emergency preparedness policies and procedures, at the reception area. Ensure cleanliness and timely management of quality logs of relevant assigned areas which may include storage areas, conference rooms, center equipment, and staff lounge.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalency.Associate's degree.Minimum of two years' experience as an administrative assistant. Demonstrated technological skills with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT. Highly motivated, self-directed, able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions in emergencies, strong customer service orientation.
