Our growing manufacturing company is seeking an energetic and organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of social media, SEO, CRM software, graphic design, and basic website management, along with experience in sales support and customer service. This is a Business Development role and would draw on such additional skill sets or knowledge with Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong writing proficiency.Additional Responsibilities:Follow up on incoming leads and outgoing sales quotations via phone, email, and other communication channels.Maintain a detailed log of lead interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.Create content for the company's social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).Assist in the planning and execution of trade show logistics, including managing the production and delivery of show materials.Periodic upgrading to company website with text, video content, or blog posts. Experience in WordPress or similar is beneficial.Handle customer inquiries as they arise.
