Join us as a Club Lacrosse Coach! We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable boys and girls coaches to lead a team, teach the fundamentals of the game, and foster a competitive and positive environment for our players.Responsibilities:Execute practice plans that focus on skill development, strategy, and game play.Teach and reinforce fundamental lacrosse techniques and team strategies.Create and maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates players to improve and succeed.Manage game-day activities, including warm-ups, strategy discussions, and in-game coaching.Provide constructive feedback and evaluations to players to help them progress.Collaborate with other coaching staff and club administrators to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching approach.Qualifications:Previous experience coaching lacrosse at a competitive level (or collegiate playing experience), preferably at the youth or high school level.Strong understanding of lacrosse fundamentals, strategies, and game dynamics.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment for players.Availability for practices and games according to the club's schedule.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate.Opportunity to make a significant impact on players' development and success.Supportive and dynamic work environment.How to Apply: If you are passionate about lacrosse and have the skills to develop and inspire players, we'd love to hear from you!
